This vote actually means nothing. It's purely smoke for those blind Republican sheep voters who believed that this law could be repealed. This repeal will never make it out of the Senate and if by some miracle it does..... Can you say Veto!!!!!
This is simply so they look as if they're keeping their campaign promise, because they know for a fact they will not cut 100 billion dollars like they promised. In fact these so called fiscal responsible idiots forgot to tell the constituents that repeal would cost over 200 billion.....
