Syria launches bloody new crackdown as U.S. threatens sanctions - CNN.com

Sanctions... Really?? No one cares about sanctions, and such sanctions only makes the U.S. look like hypocrites. Humans are dying here as they are in Libya, but no action? I'm not advocating military action, I'm just saying, it's their fight and the U.S. should stay out of it.

CNN investigation: Obama 'birther' claims have no merit - CNN.com

Okay sports fans.... Blu is back!!!

This is truly ridiculous and the pesky birthers should be ashamed at themselves. Is it anything that will stop this embarrassment? Now Donald Trump himself has entered the fray, which in itself is funny. If you ask me, I think the tea party is paying Mr. Trump to act an idiot on national TV, so their candidate can have a fighting chance in the 2012 election. Trump says "His birth certificate may prove he's (Obama) is a Muslim." Really?? What birth certificate shows a person's religious status?

How a big US bank laundered billions from Mexico's murderous drug gangs World news The Observer Should we be surprised? Well... No, not at all. These banks were bailout, so it's no surprise this info was pushed under the proverbial rug. Hell since tax payers are funding these drug cartels, they should at least be able to do the drugs. Instead of putting those corporate criminals in jail, they'll go after the small time dealer and those who use the drugs. And people wonder why this nation is in the position its in...

GOP budget chief calls for $6.2 trillion spending cut - CNN.com

GOP budget chief calls for $6.2 trillion spending cut - CNN.com My question is, why do they continue to give more privileges to the already privileged while taking from from those who need it the most. This proposal is a joke because it doesn't touch the law makers themselves. I mean seriously, wouldn't you think if they are cutting poor people's benefits they would at least start with cutting their own. Those politicians who are over 55 will still receive the same benefits as normal Americans and no cuts to their pensions. This is absolutely nuts!!!!!!

Despite Gulf oil spill, rig owner executives get big bonuses - CNN.com

Despite Gulf oil spill, rig owner executives get big bonuses - CNN.com Okay, something is seriously wrong with this picture. They're calling 2010 their safest year in history, but yet, a rig exploded, 17 people were injured, 11 people died, and that began the worse oil spill(gusher) in this country history(All in one day). All under the watchful eye of a foreign entity, and a conglomerate that wrote the U.S. energy policy. If that's not scary enough, the execs of Trans ocean(The company which owns the rig) received gobs of money in bonuses due to all the above events; despite the fact that they were proven to have neglected safety regulations. This is bull! I wonder how many of these execs a prepared to pay compensation to those who later in life may incur several health problems; not only from the oil, but from the toxic dispersant's used as well.
